Recipe:

1. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the pork.

2.
Cut onions in a big pieces.

3.
Heat the ROMANICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the pan.

4.
Fry the Pork with olive oil.

5. When the pork become brown,
Add onions and beer and cook for one hour.

6.
Add prune and cook for 5 minutes.

It’s better to make this dish one day before.

Olive Oil:                  1/4 Cup
Pork:                         a Big Chunk of Tender Pork
Prune:                      24 small size
Onion:                      12 small size
Beer:                        2 bottles

Black Pepper:         a little
Salt:                           a little
