Recipe:

1. Clean the fish.

2.
Cut potatoes and onions into slices and Place on the pan.

3.
Place the fish on the potatoes and onions from the step 2 and Add a little of salt.

4.
Grind tomatoes and Add onto to the fish of the step 3.

5.
Cover ROMANICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil onto the fish in the step 4.

6.
Cook in the oven at 400 F.

Ingredients: For 4 people

ROMANICO Extra Virgin
Olive Oil:                  1/4 Cup
Fish:                         Any Kind, but  a big one
(black sea bass is a good choice)

Potato:                     3 small size                  
Onion:                      3 small size
Tomato:                   3 small size

Salt:                           a little
